In the vibration finishing process, the surface of your workpieces can be improved economically and effectively. In particular, larger components and components in large quantities can be efficiently finished.
The workpieces are fed into a container filled with plastic or ceramic media. The container is then set into vibration by an unbalance motor. The “friction” (relative movement) between the workpiece and the grinding wheel leads to micro-material removal (micro-chipping) on the surface, whereby the surface is deburred, rounded or smoothed and polished.
For vibratory finishing, we use both rotary vibrators (with and without dome) and tub vibrators for larger components weighing several kilograms.
Large or small, light or heavy, individual pieces or series numbers beyond the million mark: No matter how different your components and requirements may be – in vibratory finishing, a wide variety of components can be deburred, rounded, polished and smoothed.
We finish metal parts (aluminium, stainless steel, zinc die casting, steel etc.) as well as plastic and ceramic parts. Small parts with less than 1mm and large parts with several dozen kilos.

Vibratory finishing allows different outcomes to be pursued:
Deburring / edge rounding: Burrs can be removed and sharp edges can be rounded to a precisely defined radius.
Polishing / Smoothing: The roughness of workpieces can be reduced and the surface can thus be polished.
Descaling / Cleaning: Annealing colours from hardening or rust can be completely removed from workpieces.
