Our process ensures parallelism, flatness and thickness uniformity with a tolerance of 0.01 mm. We grind larger quantities with a high throughput in a continuous process.
By changing the surface structure, the contact area of your workpieces is changed and a silky matt appearance is created. This improves the tribological properties of your workpieces and also improves the look and feel. The use of different process media makes it possible to create different surface structures.
Annealing colours, rust or residual dirt on your workpieces can be efficiently removed. By suitable procedures oxide layers as well as dirt, oil and grease are completely removed from the workpieces. This means you get components that meet even the most demanding cleanliness requirements.
